Do you need a clearer idea of where your ideal clients are and how to approach them?
Is your agency lacking in a focused new business strategy?
Are you fed up with scrabbling around for new clients?

You need the knowledge and experience of someone who has helped grow agencies similar to yours.

You are drawn to a more grown-up, relationship-building approach to new business development rather than the traditional, ‘hammer down doors’ approach.

You understand that new business takes time but aren’t really sure where you should be focusing your efforts.

If this sounds like you, then my agency growth workshop will definitely help you.

We will have a half-day session with you and your team, where I will share my knowledge and experience gained from working over 20 years with agencies. We will tackle your toughest challenge, applying my 3 step framework, identifying how you can tell your story, connect with new prospects and nurture those relationships. You will come away with a clear 12 month actionable marketing and new business plan that I will write up for you after the workshop.

  • I’ll send you by Agency Growth Briefing form where I get you to answer all the juicy questions about your agency, why it was set up, who your dream clients are, what makes you tick.
  • As well as completing this, you’ll also send me your latest creds deck, recent pitch documents, your current marketing plan (if you have one). Just as much info as you have, but if you haven’t reached this stage, then don’t worry.
  • Either with you on your own, or involving your team, we will spend a half-day session following my Agency Growth Framework to create a plan to achieve your new business goals. We will look at your objectives, agency positioning, targeting strategy, messaging, marketing and proactive outreach.
  • After the session I will write up your Agency Game Plan and create a New Business & Marketing Roadmap for you to follow for the next 12 months.

You will have email access to me for one month after the workshop and I will check in with you three months and six months later to see how things are going

I only run a limited number of workshops each month, so get in touch and I'll be in touch to let you know when there are places available.

"Your plan has started to make me feel in control of my future plans for the first time. I can’t tell you how great that is! I'm finally confident in what I'm saying and where I'm going and it seems to be working. "

"If you run an agency, you can’t really see things through the eyes of a client in an unbiased way. So every now and again you'll need to talk things through with someone who’ll bring the client view back to the table. Lucy is perfect for that chat. She takes time to understand your business, how you work and who you clients are. Only then will she make solid suggestions about what you should and shouldn’t be doing next. "

"Lucy is probably the best new business consultant I have worked with. She is proactive and diligent, and strong on strategy as well as day-to-day sales activities such as sending researching leads, sending new business email campaigns and actively following them up. My former colleague and I used to joke that if Lucy couldn't get hold of a prospect and arrange a meeting with them, then it wasn't possible. My personal experience with outsourcing new business is that either you get a strategic consultant who won't actually implement or follow up on campaigns, or cold calling companies who don't fully understand your company. Working with Lucy, however, we feel confident that she not only understands our business, but will also regularly follow up leads while presenting us in the best light. "
